HYDERABAD: Nagarjuna Construction Company (NCC)'s thermal power plant in Srikakulam's Sompeta region is still to get permission from the AP Pollution Control Board even as the environmental clearance given by the Centre to this project is under challenge before the national environmental appellate authority.
